Cancellation Policy

Payment is due in advance. For cancellations and rebookings, we ask that you notify us at least one week before the scheduled appointment. Policies Cancellations: Cancellations made at least one week before the appointment will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within one week of the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked amount. Rebookings: Rebookings made at least one week before the appointment are possible at no additional cost. Rebookings made within one week of the appointment may incur additional charges.
